illy Forte Moka — Ground Coffee, 250 g illy's Moka Forte blend is ground for one job: the stovetop moka pot. It is the strong end of the illy range — a dark roast that keeps its shape against the long, slow extraction a moka gives you, and comes out thick, warm and chocolatey. 📋 Details | | | |---|---| | Type | Ground coffee for the moka pot | | Blend name | Moka Forte | | Roast | Dark | | Grind | Moka / stovetop | | Net weight | 250 g | | Packaging | Can | | Brand | illy | How to use Fill the moka boiler to just under the valve with fresh water, spoon the coffee into the basket and level it — do not tamp it down, a moka needs to breathe. Screw it together, put it on a medium flame, and take it off the heat the moment it starts to gurgle. Storage Keep the can closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.
